Issue description:
A water leak from a plumbing installation (water pipes, WC, heating) can cause very costly damages. The same problems can be caused by a fire, e.g. from a cigarette butt. Therefore, a solution is needed to quickly alert to an emerging problem and prevent a disaster (e.g. by activating a sprinkler).
Solutions
The water leak problem can be addressed separately. Our HWg-WLD device can detect a leaking liquid along its 85 m (max. 185 m) detecting cable, even if the leak is just a drop. This option is very cost-effective.
A complete solution can consist of a Poseidon2 unit with a HWg-WLD Relay unit and a FDR-12 smoke detector. If SMS (text message) alerting is requested, a HWG-SMS-GW3 gateway can be also added.
