Meters API - ability to analyze sensor data from HWg devices as well as 3rd party products on the same network
Perseus will connect all existing monitoring devices in your network ( Hwg or Third Party ) as mete and you will be able to monitor them based on your need.
Scheduler - local calendar based flexible scheduling;
e.g. in Werhouse you can control lighting by set up working hours , controll it and measure the eletrical consumption. Another examples can be AC usage in specific hours , dates .
•It can work independently. (It can run an action without being reliant on specific variables or conditions).
•The scheduler is capable of triggering actions based on certain conditions.
•Schedulers can be combined with each other to create more complex constructs such as a Condition activity only during working hours, but not if it is a public holiday.
Calculation formulas - ability to convert variables from one unit to another
Example - your eletrical consumtion can be easily transfered into USD currency. All can be easily set up and show in our software
Templates - for easier work with 3rd party sensors a repository
With the feature You can connect ANY sensors
• There are many connectivity options available, including the option to use third-party sensors.
• Templates were designed to make work easier by simplifying the process.
• Thanks to templates, you can work with exactly what you need!
You need a template to connect each new meter

Conditions and actions - each variable can have multiple conditions and actions;
Radius - centralized 802.1X security management;
High level security (HTTPS, Radius, Secure Boot, User's rights).
LUA scripts - local custom scripts that run on the device (Customer Lua scripts (Logic operation) support on the Perseus device)
•Lua scripting is a tool.
•Lua scripting support - All Perseus family products.
•Support for variable conversions - simple mathematics (value shift, multiplication or division).
•Or processed using a Lua script containing a value conversion or a simple condition.
•It is possible to create virtual values and apply to them the conversion of quantities (from mA to kPa, etc.).
•For example, we can create a condition: turn on the output when the temperature is 13°C at 11 a.m.
WLD - water leak detection zone input you can connect directly to Perseus and you can easily create 185m monitoring zone made by sensing cable
RS-485 - read and write support for Modbus/RTU meters;
·Up to 100 external meters (sensors) with 1000 values (variables) and distance 1000m per sensor
Perseus vs Poseidon2, Damocles2, Ares and PWR
Meter vs variable vs value
•With respect to the introduction of the new value merging structure, the nomenclature has been changed to more closely match the new structure.
• Interface - represents the HW or SW interface through which the data is read.
• Meter - represents physically own meter (sensor).
• Variable – represents the actual measured variable and is the equivalent of value in older devices.
• Parameters – custom variable definition, including value, unit, exponent and other properties.
Ability to use the LTE modem as a backup connection
•Units equipped with LTE modems can not only send SMS and ringing.
•It‘s possible to use the LTE connection as a backup in case of failure of the Ethernet connection.
•In such a case the modem is also able to send data to remote servers (HWg Push for SensDesk technology, MQTT publish/subscribe for MQTT brokers, SNMP Traps) or e-mails.
The modem does not have a router function
