  • What file types are supported for medical report?
    We support PDF, PNG, JPEG, and JPG file formats
  • What file types are recommended?
    We recommend using PDF files, as you can upload an entire medical report that spans multiple pages. Please note that image file uploads only support single images at a time for each lab report assessment
  • Will servise consider patient history information not present in the medical report PDF file?
    Yes, you can enter patient history information, medications, and any relevant patient conditions in the 'Additional Patient Information' section.
  • Can I receive AI-analyzed report by email?
    Yes, you can click on the email icon under the Actions section, provide your email address, and the PDF AI report will be sent to you.
  • As a visually challenged person, can I hear the analysis report in audio format?
    Yes, you can click on the speaker icon to listen to the report after a short delay.
  • Can I download the AI interpretation?
    Yes, you can download the AI interpretation in PDF format by clicking the download icon under the Actions section.
  • Can I preview the AI interpretation?
    Yes, you can preview the AI interpretation by clicking the 'Preview Eye' icon under the Actions section.
  • Will I be able to anonymize my PDF or images taken on my phone that I upload to Lablingo service?
    Yes, you can tick the checkbox to enable file editing, and there are redaction options available to anonymise portions of your PDF or image files.
  • Is the medical information in report kept safe?
    Yes, we use secure infrastructure for our servers in a fully secured environment. Your data is only used for the purpose for which it is collected and is not stored beyond the legally required periods.
  • Can I view the output in my language?
    Yes, when uploading your medical report, you can select your preferred language from the dropdown list, and the AI-interpreted medical report will be generated in that language.
  • Can Lablingo process and interpret X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, mammograms, and PET scans?
    Currently, Lablingo does not support AI interpretation of X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, mammograms, or PET scans.
  • Does Lablingo prescribe medications based on laboratory reports?
    Lablingo is not designed to prescribe medications. Patients are advised to consult a healthcare professional for treatments and medication. Lablingo is intended to help users better understand their medical conditions, enabling more informed discussions with healthcare professionals regarding further treatments as needed.
  • As laboratory practicioner in a clinic that handles hundreds of patients and their lab report each day, can I upload multiple reports, each corresponding to individual patients and generate AI-interpreted reports for each?
    Yes, as a Lablingo user, you can upload reports consecutively without waiting for the output to be generated. For instance, if you have 10 medical lab reports for 10 patients, you can upload all 10 reports one after the other and then check and download the AI-interpreted reports for each.
  • Can I view the webpage in my native language?
    Yes! Simply select your preferred language from the top right corner, and the webpage will be translated into that language.
  • Can I upload a World document with test results?
    No, we currently do not support Word documents.
